  • What should I do if my card is declined?
    • Ensure you have sufficient funds.
    • Check if the merchant accepts USD payments.
    • If the issue persists, contact Pesa support, email support@pesa.co or send a message via the in-app chat box
  • Can I freeze or deactivate my Pesa Virtual Card?
    Yes, you can temporarily freeze or delete your card via the Pesa app if you believe it may have been compromised. 
  • What happens if I delete my Pesa Virtual Card?
    Any remaining balance will be returned to your Pesa wallet immediately. 
  • Will I receive notifications for transactions?
    Yes, real-time alerts will notify you of every transaction made with your card.
